Camping: $50 premium / $25 standard / $10 day parking

Full Payment on Arrival: You'll be charged for the entire weekend upfront, regardless of the days you attend.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only for the days you don't attend, but only if you leave before midnight.

Wristband Policy: In order to receive a refund, the wristband must still be intact and worn on your wrist when you go to the refund location. If the wristband is cut or removed before reaching the location, it will no longer be valid for a refund.

Reserve Camping and Gate Entry can be purchased prior to the event.

RESERVE CAMPING INFORMATION:

Reserve Camping will CLOSE on the evening of Wednesday Oct. 22nd.  


Campsites, Gate Entry Wristbands, Extra Vehicle Passes & Pit Vehicle Permits will also be available for purchase upon arrival to the event. ( at the front gate)


Each Campsite must contain a camping unit. No Transfers of Campsites are allowed. If you are no longer able to attend, submit a refund request: bajabrawl@gmail.com.  Requests must be submitted no later than June 24th, 2025. 


*Come prepared – Non-potable water is available on site. If you require fresh water plan accordingly and stop prior to your arrival. 

*Septic cleaning will be available each evening for an additional fee.  

Friday Practice Information

Registration: 10am-5pm

Friday Practice - 12pm - 5pm

Fee:

  • Main Track -  $40.00 per Group
  • Junior Track - $25.00 per Group


Optional Practice Day: You don't have to race in order to participate in the practice session. It's an additional opportunity to prepare.

Racer Registration: Registration opens at 10 AM on Friday till 5pm. If you're planning to practice, this is the time to sign up.

Saturday & Sunday Racing Information

Racer Registration: 7am - End of Race Day

Race Class Fee - $45.00 per race class - per day

Post Entry at Track - $50 per race class - per day


Transponders are required to race this event on the Main Track - Not required for the Junior Track - Escore Transponder rentals are available next to racer registration.  


Each Race Day is its own separate race.  You can race 1 day or both.  



Saturday & Sunday:

  •   8:15 am - Mandatory Riders Meeting via PA announcement (89.3 FM)
  •   9:00 am - Practice Begins
  •   Immediately following Practice - Racing Begins for both Main Track and Junior Track 

                 (No Late Practice)

SUNDAY- SAGA SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS WILL BE AWARDED AFTER FINAL MOTOS. 

BIKE GIVE AWAYS WILL BE AFTER THE LAST RACE OF THE DAY. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!

*All Classes will race a 2 Moto format. Both motos will count towards your overall finish position for an event award.


*If there are over 40 riders in any class, we will split the first motos into divisions. If 2 divisions are required, we will take the top 16 finish positions to the 2nd moto. The remaining racers will then be combined into an LCQ to be held at the completion of all first motos. We will then take the top 8 finish positions of the LCQ to the 2nd moto. All other racers who remain will not be eligible to compete any further. Your LCQ finish position will not count towards your first moto finish, it is only used to determine your eligibility to compete in the final moto.     


*NO Race Class Refunds will be given once practice starts. No Race Class Transfers.


*All Minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or accompanied by an adult with a NOTARIZED permission slip. We must be able to retain the original document.


*Keep your radios tuned to 89.3 FM for up to date announcements and racing information once you are here on property.

Facility Rules:

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times by riders and spectators.
  • Small campfires are allowed at your campsite - No digging, No burning of nail inserted wood products. NO BURNING OF TRASH like bottles, cans etc.
  • Quiet time is 11pm, please respect your neighbors – All loud generators must be turned off, with the exception of legitimate medical conditions.
  • Please DO NOT DUMP OIL ON THE GROUND.
  • Please keep your pit area clean.
  • NO DIGGING OR RUTTING UP THE GROUND / that's destruction of property•  
  • Please do not roost in the parking/pit areas. You are responsible for any damages to your campsite grounds.
  • NO motorcycles allowed in spectator areas.
  • NO pit/open riding on race bikes. LET’S KEEP IT SAFE!!       
  • NO electrical hook-up or fresh water on site. Bring your own fresh water. Power washing water is available.
  • NO dumping of gray water.
  • Any persons involved in the destruction and/or theft of Baja property, banners, etc. or of any customer’s property will be held liable and removed from the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • No spectators will be allowed on the Main or Junior Track. Baja staff will be on the track to assist the riders.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO trespassing onto neighboring properties
  • NO bikes started before 9:00am. Township Ordinance.
  • NO fireworks
  • NO GLASS BOTTLES.
  • Public intoxication is not allowed.
  • All pets must be on a leash, All pets must be friendly, Please clean up after your pets. Barking and unruly dogs will be asked to leave
  • NO dumping fire ash into dumpsters/garbage cans.
  • Swimming Pond will be open from dawn to dusk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, SUPERVISE YOUR OWN.
  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be at their campsite by 11pm.
  • TRACK WALK is allowed. Kids must be with an adult. Keep off the sides of groomed features. Stay clear of track equipment. Track is off limits at dusk.
  • NO public display of unsportsmanlike behavior; loud cursing, etc.
  • Please report any violations to Baja Acres staff.
  • Security will be on duty.
  • Motocross is an awesome sport, we as enthusiast have the obligation to set a positive example for those to follow in order to give motocross the recognition it deserves!!



THE PITS:


  • Pit Vehicle Permits are required for all pit vehicles. Permits must be purchased prior to or upon arrival at the entry gate Only. 
  • All PIT VEHICLE operators must be 16 years of age and must present a valid drivers license to pick up or purchase a permit. 
  • TRAVEL SPEED is no greater that 5mph. ( jogging speed )
  • Pit vehicle use is limited between the hours of 8am-dusk 
  • Pit vehicles are not allowed inside the track fence or spectator areas at any time.
  • Helmets must be worn for two-wheeled pit vehicles
  • Race bikes are not pit vehicles. 
  • Permit holder agrees to not operate or allow anyone else to operate their pit vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or in a reckless, careless or dangerous manner and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baja MX, Inc., their officers, agents, subcontractors, sponsors and employees from any and all injuries and/or damage to personal property resulting there from.
  • Pit vehicle owner/permit holder is financially responsible for any damages to facility or grounds.
  • Violators of mentioned pit vehicle rules will IMMEDIATELY lose their permit. User agrees that by violating and of these rules that they are subject to having their pit vehicle confiscated for the duration of the event, and/or disqualified from racing and/or removed from property. 
  • Baja Acres has the right to disallow or remove ANY pit vehicle to ensure a safe campground environment.
  • THIS WILL BE ENFORCED - NO EXCUSES or APOLOGIES WILL BE ACCEPTED - ZERO TOLERANCE - OPERATING A PIT VEHICLE IS A PRIVILEGE NOT A RIGHT! 
  • Pit vehicles are for transportation not for clowning around.
  • No Permit Refunds

No, all sites are primitive campsites with no water or electrical hook-up. LIMITED electrical hook-up and fresh water sites available. For more information email bajabrawl@gmail.com

Yes, EXCEPT ORANGE LOTS, two campers/RVs are allowed on one site. One must have a campsite, other will need campsite owner's name and order number. Second camper needs to purchase an extra vehicle pass. REMEMBER DO NOT EXCEED LOT SIZE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
