                     Thursday June 4

  •     Gates open at 12:00 pm – 12:00 am
  •     Registration open from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm


                     Friday – June 5

  •     Gates open at 7:00 am – 12:00 am

  •     Practice runs from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (2 Rotations – Weather Permitting)
  •     8:30pm Evening entertainment at The Fire Pit

  •     Mandatory Riders Meeting – 7:30 am at the starting gate

ADMISSIONS

                   All Racers/Spectators 9 & Up 

  •     Thursday - Sunday  $45.00/per person
  •     Friday - Sunday  $40.00/per person
  •     Saturday - Sunday  $30.00/per person
  •     Sunday Only $15.00/per person


                     Kids 4-8 (Not Racing)

  •     Thursday - Sunday $35.00/per person
  •     Friday - Sunday $30.00/per person
  •     Saturday - Sunday $20.00/per person
  •     Sunday Only $5.00/per person

   

  • Weekend Campsite - $100.00 - There are a few premium sites that accommodate larger rigs for $150.00)
  • Extra Vehicle - $30.00 
  • $40.00 - Pit Vehicle Permits are required for all pit vehicles. All drivers must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Baja Acres has the right to remove ANY pit vehicle permits to ensure a safe environment. 

  

Upon arrival - everyone attending is required to pay for the entire weekend. (No Exceptions)  

All gate entry is valid for the entire weekend.  The cost is adjusted by the day you arrive. If you leave the event early we are unable to offer refunds as this is a full weekend event.  If you are staying off property and do not purchase a campsite, we have a daily parking area which requires a permit.  The cost is $10.00 per vehicle/per day and must be removed by the end of each day.        

  

COME PREPARED – No fresh water on site, bring your own. Power wash water/Non-potable water is available on site / 1.5" nozzle for barrel filling. If you require fresh water plan accordingly. Septic cleaning will be available each evening for an additional fee. A company will be on site each evening driving through the facility to accommodate your needs.  This is a primitive campground with only port-a-johns.

PRACTICE/ RACE FEES

  •     Friday Practice Fee is $45.00 per class - Each Race class will have their own practice sessions.  You can choose to practice in only 1 or all classes you are qualified in and are registered with MXSports to race.  If you have not signed up with MXSports to race the regional you may not practice.  If you are an alternate, you must still be signed up with MXSports to race in order to practice on Friday. 
  •     Saturday & Sunday Racing Fee is $50.00 per class – MX Sports fee not included

RACER INFO:

  • The last 4 digits of your frame number will be required for registration the day of the event
  •  NO Refunds will be given once racing starts.
  • All Classes will race a 3 Moto format. All motos will count towards your overall finish position. 
  • If there are over 40 riders in any class, we will split the first motos into divisions. If 2 divisions are required, we will take the top 16 finish positions to the 2nd moto. The remaining racers will then be combined into an LCQ to be held at the completion of all first motos. We will then take the top 8 finish positions of the LCQ to the 2nd moto. All other racers who remain will not be eligible to compete any further. Your LCQ finish position will not count towards your first moto finish, it is only used to  determine your eligibility to compete in the final moto.                                                  
  • All Minors MUST be accompanied by both parent or legal guardian or accompanied by an adult with a NOTARIZED permission slip. We must be able to retain the original document.

FACILITY INFO:

     

PRIMITAVE CAMPING - NO electrical hook-up or fresh water on site.


  • SORRY FOR ALL THE RULES- due to no common sense.
  • PIT VEHICLES- Operators must have a valid drivers license / 18 yrs + and registered with Baja Acres / purchase pit pass. 
  • KIDS E-BIKES are not allowed in spectator areas, must wear helmet. 
  • NO pit/open riding on race bikes. LET’S KEEP IT SAFE!!
  • No one allowed on the Track. Baja staff will be on the track to assist the rider(s) during racing. Any interference could result in rider disqualification.
  • TRACK is off limits at all times.
  • TRACK INTERIOR- NO PIT VEHICLES / BICYCLES / PETS AT ANYTIME.      FISHING- only after racing until dusk. Minors must be with adult .
  • ABSOLUTELY NO trespassing onto neighboring properties
  • NO bikes started before 8:00am. Township Ordinance.
  • Wristbands must be worn at all times by riders and spectators.
  • NO fireworks.
  • NO GLASS BOTTLES.
  • Public intoxication is not allowed.
  • All pets must be on a leash, All pets must be friendly, Please clean up after your pets. Barking and unruly dogs will be asked to leave.
  • Any persons involved in the destruction and/or theft of Baja property, banners, etc. or of any customer’s property will be held liable and  removed from the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Small Campfires allowed in lower campsites, don't burn garbage.
  • Swimming Pond will be open from dawn to dusk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, SUPERVISE YOUR OWN.
  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be at their pit by 11pm.
  • Quiet time is 11pm, please respect your neighbors – All loud generators must be turned off, with the exception of legitimate medical conditions.
  • NO oil dumping, please use the oil recycling drums.
  • NO dumping of gray water.
  • Please help keep your pit area clean.  LEAVE IT THE WAY YOU FOUND IT.
  • NO public display of unsportsmanlike behavior; loud cursing, etc.
  • Please report any violations to Baja Acres staff.
  • Security will be on duty.
  • Motocross is an awesome sport, we as enthusiast have the obligation to set a positive example for those to follow in order to give motocross the recognition it deserves!!
