PRE-ENTRY SPECIAL INFORMATION:

Pre-Entry will CLOSE on the evening of AUGUST 28th for Camping, Gate Entry Wristbands, Extra Vehicle & Pit Passes. You will still be able to purchase all Camping, Gate Entry Wristbands, Extra Vehicle & Pit Passes upon arrival at front gate even if you have not pre-entered. All refund requests must be made no later than August 28th.

Pre-Entry will CLOSE on the evening of August 30th for Racer Registration. You may still register to race at the event. All refund requests must be made no later than August 30th.

8:30am - Day 1 of Amateur Racing (Note: Not all riders will get 3 motos if a qualifier race is needed)

12pm-6pm: Pit Bike Racer Registration - $50 entry fee per class - AMA membership required. NO LATE SIGN-UPS!

7:30pm: The PIT VIPER PITBIKE RACE - bike inspection/riders meeting 8pm: Practice with racing to follow. Awards TBA upon completion of races.

2pm-5pm - SIDE X SIDE registration - $50 entry fee per unit - MUST BE 18 or OLDER TO PARTICIPATE

Immediately following racing - BRAWLERS SIDE X SIDE RACE will run the Modified Main Track - All Side by Side's must have working seatbelts & roll bar. All drivers must have a navigator(passenger)Helmets - MUST BE 18 or OLDER

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or be accompanied by an adult with a NOTARIZED permission slip - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Top 10 overall result winners in all classes receive a #1 Event Plate and Event Award (except Pro-Sport and 2-Stroke Open classes).

250 Pro Am & Open Pro Sport compete on Sunday & Monday - 2 Moto format awarding Top 10 per moto result winners

Facility Amenities & Rules:

Wristbands must be worn at all times by riders and spectators.

All PIT VEHICLE drivers must be 16 years of age and have a valid drivers license
PIT VEHICLES ***must require bolt- mounted lights for night use. No flash lights or cell phone lights are acceptable.
Riders and pit vehicles - bike must go slow in the pits and yield for people on foot. First gear travel only.
Violators of pit vehicle rules will lose their pit pass.
Due to the volume of people at this event, we strongly advise you to keep all personal items locked up during the entire weekend. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items such as coolers, bicycles, personal items, etc.
NO dumping of gray water
NO open riding in pits
Persons involved in the destruction and/or theft of property, banners, any customer's property, etc. will be held liable and removed from the premises or jailed NO EXCEPTIONS... STATE POLICE WILL BE ON SITE
NO spectators will be allowed on the track - staff will be on the track to assist the riders
ABSOLUTELY NO TRESPASSING onto neighboring properties
NO bikes started before 8:00am

Public intoxication is not allowed, violators to be removed from property
All pets must be on a leash at all times - all pets must be friendly and owner must clean up after their pets. Any problems will results in pet removal from property
NO dumping fire ash into dumpster or trash cans
Anyone under the age of 18 must be at their campsite by 11pm
NO public display of unsportsmanlike behavior; loud cursing, etc.
NO motorcycles allowed in the spectator areas

Campsite Rules:

• NO DIGGING OR RUTTING UP THE GROUND

• No dumping oil - Please use the oil recycling drums

• No tearing up grass

• Please do not roost in the parking/pit areas

• Keep your pit area clean

• Quiet time is 11pm - Please respect your neighbors. Please turn off any loud generators

• You are responsible for any damages to your campsite grounds PURCHASER will be charged accordingly

• There are no showers on site - only port-a-potties. Some swim in the North pond to freshen up - daylight hours only.

No RV hookups available. Please bring your own fresh water. Power wash water is available.

Yes, you can still race... all races get a site lap before their moto. No discount.

We combined the price of practice and racing. They will not be sold separately. This also eliminates practice for those not racing.

Will my campsite have an electrical hookup or water?

If I can fit two campers on my campsite, can they both park on my site?

No, all sites are primitive campsites with no water or electrical hook-up.

Yes, two campers/RVs are allowed on one site. One must have a campsite, other will need campsite owner's name and order number. Second camper needs to purchase an extra vehicle pass. REMEMBER DO NOT EXCEED LOT SIZE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
