please read before pre-registering!

-To keep the gate entry process moving quickly please note the following:

-Only order the items you need for your campsite. 

-DO NOT purchase multiple items and plan to leave them at the entry gate for someone else to pick-up. We will not hold extra wristbands, extra vehicle passes, etc for your family or friends who are coming in later. 

-Upon arrival you will need to provide your photo ID and Order #. At that time you will receive all of the items you have ordered. 

-We will not allow anyone to wait at the entry gate for you to deliver additional purchased items. If they are waiting for you, so the line is not held up, they will be directed off the property to the back of the line and will need to try again.  

NO EXCEPTIONS

-All Gate Entry Wristbands are for the entire weekend.  We do not offer a daily Gate Entry Wristband

If you've registered and can no longer attend please submit a refund request to bajabrawl@gmail.com by Wednesday, June 3rd at Midnight EST.  All camping, gate fee wristbands, pit vehicle permit refund requests made after this date will not be accepted regardless of cause. 

Practice Fee refunds are available until the start of practice on 

Friday, June 5th, 2026

Race Class Refunds are available until Alternates have been selected and entered in their class.  Once Alternates have been placed, no refunds are allowed. 

We do not offer Gate Entry Wristband Refunds at the event.

There is a 25% service fee for all refunds paid by debit/credit.
