-You MUST have a Registered Racer to purchase a campsite in the RACER ONLY Sections

*Family camping is allowed but must not exceed 2 sites per racer family (Not per racer)*

**If you purchase a Campsite and do not have a registered racer we will issue you a refund and you will lose your site!**

-Each Campsite MUST contain a separate camping unit

-All Extra Vehicles MUST fit on your campsite

-You MUST purchase your Gate Entry to purchase a Campsite

-Purchasing your Pit Vehicle Permits in advance save you time and money!

-If you are NOT Racing, you may site purchase your Campsite, Gate Entry, Extra Vehicle Passes and Pit Vehicle Permits in the Spectator Section (Brown)

-Only order the items you need for your campsite. 

-DO NOT purchase multiple items and plan to leave them at the entry gate for someone else to pick-up. We will not hold extra wristbands, extra vehicle passes, etc for your family or friends who are coming in later. 

-Upon arrival you will need to provide your photo ID and Order #. At that time you will receive all of the items you have ordered. 

-We will not allow anyone to wait at the entry gate for you to deliver additional purchased items. If they are waiting for you, so the line is not held up, they will be directed off the property to the back of the line and will need to try again.  

NO EXCEPTIONS

-All Gate Entry Wristbands are for the entire weekend.  We do not offer a daily Gate Entry Wristband

If you've registered and can no longer attend please submit a refund request to bajabrawl@gmail.com by Monday, August 28th at Midnight EST.  All camping, gate fee wristbands, pit vehicle permit refund requests made after this date will not be accepted regardless of cause.
